Registration

Use the conference registration system (button above) to make the registration and pay the registration fee.

  

• If you already have AMCA login details from other conferences (for example DD27), please use the user account you have already created. If not, please create a new account by clicking on “Create new account” there.
• After logging in, click on “+ New registration” to register for the conference and make the payment of the registration fee.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The Conference secretariat must be notified by e-mail at amca@amca.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration.

CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED
  

• before April 20, 2026: full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of 150 CZK will be deducted
• from April 21 to May 25, 2026: 50 % of the registration fee
• from May 26, 2026: no refund

Registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and Welcome drink (VAT included).

CONFERENCE DINNER

Thursday, July 2. Tickets for the conference dinner are not included in the registration fee: 1750 CZK (approx. €72).

ACCOMPANYING PERSON FEE

Welcome drink + Closing dinner: 2200 CZK (approx. €90)
