Abstract submission

Use the conference registration system (button above) to submit your abstracts.

  

  • If you already have AMCA login details from other conferences (for example DD27), please use the user account you have already created. If not, please create a new account by clicking on “Create new account” there.
  • After logging in, click on "+ Abstract submission" to submit an abstract for Contributed talks / posters or "+ Minisymposium talk abstract" to submit an abstract for Minisymposia (only for invited minisymposia speakers).


Dates & Deadlines:

  • All abstracts submission: March 1, 2026 (23:59 CET)
  • Abstract acceptance/rejection: March 31, 2026
  • Registration deadline (for presenting authors): April 20, 2026
  • Early bird fee deadline: May 1, 2026

Information for authors

  • To have a talk included in the program, at least one of its authors is requested to register and pay the registration fee.
  • The abstract must be written in English.
  • The abstract must be prepared in LaTeX using the provided template.
  • The file name must contain the author's last name without accents and without spaces.
  • The abstract should be one or two paragraphs long and must not exceed one page.
  • Do not use your own LaTeX definitions.
