Abstract submission

Use the conference registration system (button above) to make the registration and pay the registration fee.
  

• If you already have AMCA login details from other conferences, please use the user account you have already created. If not, please create a new account by clicking on “Create new account”.
• After logging in, click on “Send new abstract” to submit an abstract.

Dates & Deadlines:

• All abstracts submission: March 1, 2026 (23:59 CET)
• Abstract acceptance/rejection: March 31, 2026
• Registration deadline (for presenting authors): April 20, 2026
• Early bird fee payment: May 1, 2026

Information for authors

• Registration of one of the authors and payment of the registration fee is necessary to be included in the program!
• The abstract must be sent in English.
• The abstract must be sent in tex format.
• The file name must contain the author's last name without accents and without spaces.
