Oral Presentations

Presentation types and durations

• Plenary Lecture – 60 minutes
• Invited Lecture – 30 minutes
• Minisymposium Talk – 30 minutes
• Contributed Talk – 20 minutes

All times include discussion.

Uploading your presentation

• Presentations may be submitted on-site at the registration desk in the Slides Centre, from where they are automatically sent to the lecture halls.
• One week before the conference, an online upload system will be opened. Participants will be able to upload their presentations online in advance at any time.

Accepted formats

• PPTX or PDF
• Recommended aspect ratio: 16:9

On-site presentation setup Each lecture hall will be equipped with a PC displaying the list of presentations for the current session. Click on your presentation to start.

Posters

• Preferred size: A0 portrait (1189 × 841 mm)
• A1 posters (portrait or landscape) are also acceptable
• Materials for fixing posters will be available on the boards
